Keep the momentum after the final
Two weeks of Grand Slam tennis can make you want to pick up a racket. Drop It helps turn that inspiration into a focused practice routine for tennis or pickleball.
Set your phone down and practice with real-time AI analysis. Digital Coach highlights technique areas to work on and recommends focused, coach-created drills. Your Journey keeps your goal, progress and next step together.
After practice, record a voice or text Journal. When you connect with a coach, they can see what you practiced, the problem areas surfaced by AI and your progress, giving them better context for their guidance.
Practice. Get feedback. Follow a drill. Repeat with a clearer focus.

For coaches

Third shot drop
A soft shot played by the serving team on the third shot of a pickleball rally: serve, return, then drop. The aim is to land the ball in the kitchen and give the serving team time to move toward the net.
Think control, not power. The goal is to make your opponent hit up on the ball rather than give them an easy attack.
