By accessing or using Drop It (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You must be 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to create an account.

If you are using the App on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian.

Drop It is a sports-focused video platform that allows users to record and upload tennis or pickleball videos, add annotations and voiceovers, receive AI-generated analysis, view drills and short-form sports content, and discover coaches.

The App is provided for educational and training purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

A. Ownership

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload.

B. License to Drop It

By uploading content, you grant Drop It a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, analyze, and distribute public content as needed to operate the platform.

C. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload copyrighted content without permission, illegal content, harassment or abusive material, content involving minors without proper consent, or dangerous or unlawful activity.

AI-generated feedback is automated, informational only, not professional coaching advice, and not guaranteed to be accurate.

You understand that AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or limited by camera angle or recording quality. You use AI results at your own risk.

Sports and physical training carry inherent risks. By using Drop It, you voluntarily participate in physical activity and assume responsibility for any injury.

Always consult a qualified coach or medical professional before attempting new movements.

Drop It may allow users to view coach profiles and click external booking or contact links. We do not guarantee coach services and are not responsible for third-party conduct.

You may not reverse engineer the AI systems, scrape or copy content, upload malicious software, attempt to disrupt platform functionality, or misuse the AI for non-sports purposes.

All platform content, branding, and software, excluding user content, are owned by Drop It or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce platform materials without permission.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, post harmful or illegal content, or abuse other users. You may delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop It shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or errors in AI analysis.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

If you are located in the European Union, you retain rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal protections.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Until formal incorporation, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the founder resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
